      The requirements for an online recharge are quite different, when it comes to integrating payment gateways etc. It is essentially a service-based online store and right now we don’t have the expertise or the platform to support the need.

    Hi Radha,

    We do offer a one-month subscription on all our plans too. If you’d like to go ahead, you can go in for the 1-month plan across all the 4 pricing plans, and upgrade to a higher one once you’re satisfied.

    As for the 30 day settlement cycle for remittances, we put it in place to ensure that there are no discrepancies between the invoices generated at your end while shipping and the bills presented by the logistics provider. We cross-check all bills from our end and then remit the outstanding amount. The 30 day cycle has been put in place to create a seamless process with no discrepancies at all.

    We’d like to talk to you in person and help you with any other concerns that you may have. As well as, address the same in person. If you could please pass on your contact number over an email we just sent you, we’d be more than glad to talk to you.

    i tried opening a store. zepo has a 6 month subscription virtually blocking my options of exit in case of dissatisfaction.why do u guys need a 6month payment ?? and for COD they have a 30 day cycle for reimbursement !! for small businesses tht alone kills the joy . so looking at another option
