Hi Vijay,
All marketplaces have a separate set of prerequisites to start selling online. For example, you can sell on Amazon only if you are selling branded products i.e if you have ISIN number provided by Amazon. For example, if you are selling Nokia Phone, then Amazon has provided a ISIN number to the phone. You would need to get this ISIN number from Amazon.
It is same to assume, that other marketplaces will require similar documentations like,
– Certificate of Incorporation
– Cancelled Cheque Leaf of your companies Bank Account
– Company PAN card
– Address Proof (Phone Bill, Electricity Bill or Rent Agreement)
– VAT Registration Certificate
– Company Letter Head (Plain)
Although, we still suggest you get in touch with all marketplaces of your choice and find out what all is needed from your end before you can start selling.
If you are looking to sell your products on paytm.com,
