How to Schedule a Pickup with ZePOST Logistics Integration

We have some great news for all Zepo store owners. You might already know about the all new Zepo Couriers, but that is not all! We’re stoked to announce that the dashboard integration of the new Zepo Couriers for Zepo customers has gone live and is up and running . Now you can schedule pickups and deliver your goods to about 10,000 pincodes in India, from the comfort of your Zepo dashboard!

In this post, we explain how easy it is to schedule a pickup using ZePost logistics. All it takes to ship your orders across the world is a few clicks. Follow these simple steps to schedule a pickup and see for yourself!

1. Select an Order

Navigate to the ‘Received Orders’ on your dashboard to select the order for which you want to schedule a pickup. Under the ‘Actions’ column, select the last icon and click on ‘Schedule a pick-up using ZePost’.

2. Fill the Details

In the pop up, make sure all the entries are filled correctly. Enter the shipment details and proceed using the ‘Next’ button at the bottom.

3. Choose serviceable courier partner & shipping method

Select the shipping method and serviceable courier partner from the drop down box. Once selected, corresponding shipping charge would be shown on the right side of the pop up. Hit the ‘Pay and Schedule pickup’ button to proceed towards payment page.

4. Shipping Payment page 

To schedule and confirm pick-up of the shipment, prepaid payment through Paytm wallet should be made. Only after the transaction is successful, the pick-up is confirmed and booked.

5. Download and Print Labels

Once the payment has been processed, you need to download the shipping labels available for download on the pop up. The downloaded labels should be printed which should be provided to the courier guy at the time of pick-up.

6. Mark the Order as Dispatched

Once the courier pickup is complete, you can mark the order as dispatched by clicking the ‘Green tick’ button. Once this is done, the order is moved to the Dispatched Orders list.

    Please help me with understanding the volumetric weight. The formula provided seems to be going wrong somewhere. For example the actual weight of my product is 3kgs whereas the weight by comes to 51kgs when using this volumetric formula. Need help ASAP. Contact me on 9643153605

    • Hi Nitin, we tried calling on the mobile number you’ve provided but it was switched off. To clarify, the volumetric weight is calculated as Length x Breadth x Height(all in cms) / 5000. The numeric value you get using this formula is then compared against the dead weight of the consignment in kilogram. The higher number is considered to be the weight for billing purposes. We’ve also gone ahead and sent you a detailed proposal of our logistics service on the email ID you have provided. In case you do not get the email in your inbox, it should be in your spam folder.

    Our logistics service also provides return pick ups. You can schedule these easily from your Zepo Logistics dashboard. However, your customer will be responsible for packaging the product correctly and attaching the necessary shipping labels.

    You can use the same AVN dashboard which you use to schedule your current pickups. AVN dashboard gives you the option of entering the pick up address manually every time you schedule a shipment. You can also save multiple pick up addresses under “pick up address management” tab and use them whenever required.

    What is the area which you want your COD shipments to be picked up from. If it is not in the serviceable area, then we may not be able to provide the logistics serviced for COD. However, you can still receive online payments for that area. Again, if you let us know the area, we can check to see.

    The dashboard which you see, is integrated for Zepo store owners only.
    However, if you would like only the logistic services, we can provide them. However, if you would like to integrate it to a non-Zepo store, then that coordination will have to be done with AVN logistics.
