Now with the Aftership app for your Zepo store, you can track your shipments from as many as 13 different logistics companies right on your Zepo dashboard. Just head over to the ‘Dispatched Orders’ in your dashboard and get a complete status about the current location of your shipment. 1) Track Your Shipments From Your Dashboard
a) Login to your Zepo account using your login credentials.
b) Navigate to Dispatched Orders from the dashboard.
c) Track your orders using the ‘Track’ option next to each order.
2) Allow Customers to Track Their Orders
Once the customer logs in on your store using his login credentials, he can proceed to ‘Order History’ to track all his orders.
